The deputy governor of Nasarawa State, Dr. Emmanuel Agbadu Akabe, has led a security operation against illegal mining activities in Amba community, Kokona local government area, resulting in the arrest of several foreign nationals and local miners.
The operation, conducted on Friday, targeted an illegal mining site where security personnel apprehended individuals suspected of engaging in unauthorized mining activities.
