At the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police, she was posted to Zone 13 in Dunukofia, Anambra State, and later to Zone 5, Benin City. In August 2024, she was promoted to Commissioner of Police and served as CP Administration at the Force Intelligence Department (FID), Abuja, and most recently as CP of Mounted Troops, Department of Operations, Force Headquarters.

Notably, Isokpan was also the first female Commissioner of Police in Edo State.
