Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has strongly condemned the killing of Reverend Bala Galadima, the presiding pastor of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) in Lubo, Yamaltu/Deba Local Government Area.

Reverend Galadima was reportedly murdered in the early hours of Sunday by suspected armed robbers at his residence in Lubo, a crime that has sparked outrage and deep concern across the state.

In response, Governor Yahaya denounced the killing as a brutal assault on the peace and security of Gombe State, vowing that those responsible would be tracked down and brought to justice.

“We will not allow criminal elements to disrupt the harmony and security that define our state. I have directed security agencies to leave no stone unturned in tracking down the perpetrators and bringing them to justice,” the governor stated.

Reaffirming his administration’s commitment to public safety, Yahaya assured residents that the government would take decisive action to combat criminal activities.

He also extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, the ECWA Church, and the Christian community, praying for the repose of Reverend Galadima’s soul and comfort for those grieving his loss.

Governor Yahaya has ordered security agencies to intensify efforts to apprehend the attackers and prevent further incidents of violence in the state.
