The Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Commission (ADSMPWC) has urged all intending pilgrims for the 2027 Hajj to obtain their international passports before September 26, 2026, to meet the deadline set by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the submission of pilgrims’ data.

According to a public announcement issued by the Commission, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will officially close the uploading of pilgrims’ information to the NUSUK–MASAR Portal (e-Track System) on September 26, making it imperative for prospective pilgrims to complete the passport process in good time.

The Commission explained that possessing a valid international passport is a prerequisite for capturing and uploading pilgrims’ details on the e-Track Portal. It warned that failure to obtain the travel document before the deadline could affect Hajj registration and the processing of other necessary travel documentation.

To ensure compliance, the Commission directed its Departments of Operations and Pilgrims Registration Services (PRS) to widely disseminate the information. It also instructed Schedule Officers across Adamawa State’s 21 Local Government Areas to immediately notify intending pilgrims under their respective jurisdictions.

The Commission appealed to all prospective pilgrims to treat the directive with urgency and cooperate fully to facilitate a smooth and successful preparation for the 2027 Hajj.

The announcement was signed by Abdullahi Aminu, Information Officer, for the Acting Executive Chairman of the Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Commission.
