The Inspector-General of Police, Dr. Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, has approved the distribution of new kits and uniforms to officers of other ranks in the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
The initiative, according to the release made public by the Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi,
underscores the OGP’s commitment to improving the welfare and morale of personnel across the force.
The move, as stated by him, aligns with the IGP’s vision of enhancing professionalism and creating better working conditions for officers.
Speaking on the development, the IGP expressed optimism about implementing additional welfare-focused projects following the approval of the 2025 budget.
Stating that, “these projects aim to further equip and support officers in carrying out their duties effectively.”
The Nigeria Police Force reaffirmed its commitments to maintaining a motivated and well-equipped workforce to ensure the safety and security of all Nigerians.
