The Gombe State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (GoHealth) has introduced a new digital claims system aimed at streamlining healthcare administration and enhancing service delivery across the state.
The online platform, launched as part of GoHealth’s plan to transition to a fully paperless operation by 2026, is expected to improve efficienc3sy, accuracy, and transparency in the processing of healthcare claims.
According to the agency, hea4lthcare providers statewide have undergone training to ensure seamless adoption of the system.
By digitizing claims, GoHealth projects faster turnaround times, fewer bureaucratic delays, and improved access to quality care for enrollees under the state’s health insurance scheme.
The rollout, officials said, marks a significant step in modernizing healthcare administration in Gombe and reflects the agency’s commitment to innovation and better service delivery.
